All the goods you buy will be delivered by UPS or DHL, and your hands will be fully accounted for. Our Courier will deliver them one by one during working hours, please wait patiently. You can also check your package status through logistics information.

Delivery time:

Changing or Refunding

We support 10’s return without reason. If you need to return, please contact our customer service staff and tell us the reason why we need to return and replace.uniqueprinted does not bear any cost during the return and replacement process, and you need to pay the freight.

Notes for handling return and exchange:

Our factory is based in China and the item need to be returned to the factory.

Freight for return and replacement:

No refund or exchange:

6. If you have the invoice when you buy the goods, please send the invoice back with you when you return the goods. If you lose the invoice, you cannot return the goods.

Refunding the payment
